U As M I
Together we impact and make a difference
Our top priority is to provide physical and psychological assistance to those Ukrainians who, as a result of the Russian invasion, were forced to flee their homes and seek refuge in Michigan. Together with you, we can create a safe and flourishing community for New Americans and Michiganders alike.
Our Values
Resilience
Ukraine's history, marked by challenges and adversity, inspires us to honor the enduring strength and determination of its people. UASMI promotes resilience, empowering the community to overcome challenges while building a brighter future.
Unity
A strong and interconnected community is essential for the advancement of our Mission. By promoting unity, we strive to unite those seeking belonging and collective strength to propel our community's growth.
We recognize that the richness of Ukraine's culture lies in its diversity. UASMI is committed to including every individual, regardless of their background, to engage in and enrich a connected community we are creating.
